The daughters of Michelle Obama and Barack Obama, Malia and Sasha, are fed up sharing a Los Angeles apartment and pestering their famous apartment to get them their own digs, a new report claimed.
Globe Magazine, in its January 9, 2023 issue, reported that Malia Obama and Sasha Obama feel they are cramping each other’s style and want their own space and freedom to move around as they choose without the other spying on them. An unnamed insider told the entertainment news outlet:
“They’ve tried to live with each other but it’s getting too crowded and they’re sick of it. They’re getting on each other’s nerves and fighting all the time.”

For starters, Malia Obama, who graduated from Harvard, works as a writer for producer Donald Glover while Sasha Obama currently studies at USC. Both daughters of Michelle Obama and Barack Obama are in a relationship, which allegedly complicates things.
Malia is reportedly dating DJ Dawit Eklund, and Sasha has been seeing, as per reports, former college basketball player Clifton Powell Jr. since spring.

Another tipster dished:
“Malia is very independent and wants her own privacy. Ditto for Sasha, who has her own life, her own boyfriend and friends she hangs out with. Plus, they wear each other’s clothes without telling the other and that’s caused a lot of tension. Sasha’s sick of Malia’s stuck-up attitude and bossing her around and Malia is tired of Sasha interfering with her life, as she sees it.”
It furthered:
“It’s not like they don’t love each other because they do; they’re sisters! But they’d love each other a lot more if they weren’t living in the same apartment and having to rideshare on top of it.”

Meanwhile, Michelle Obama and Barack Obama have allegedly used their diplomatic skills, “breaking up many arguments over the phone between these two and have got to be pulling their hair out.” The anonymous tattler stated:
“They’re not giving in and getting them separate apartments yet, but know they’ll go crazy if they don’t.”
Both Malia Obama and Sasha Obama have yet to comment on the claims that their parents, Barack and Michelle, are not giving in to their demands to separate spaces.
