Meghan Markle Allegedly Has Political Plans

Dan Wootton, a New Zealand journalist and executive editor of The Sun, weighed in on the rumors about Meghan Markle joining the political race. He made the statement after Markle called Republican lawmakers to support her call for paid family leave.

According to Wootton, the members of the royal family should keep out of politics. However, the duchess has been somewhat involved in politics as she campaigned for family paid leaves.

"That's what this is about, this is the start of a US political career."

Royal biographer Tom Bower also believed the same thing that Markle has ambitions to be the next U.S. president.
