Meghan Markle made a deal with the devil in her recent appearance at The Ellen DeGeneres Show, according to Sally Baker, a senior therapist. DeGeneres made headlines last year for an alleged toxic workplace. Meanwhile, Markle was accused of bullying her former staff. So, Baker was wondering who advised her to appear on The Ellen Show.
Meghan Markle And Prince Harry's PR Very Different When They Were In The U.K.
Baker was wondering who gave the Duke and Duchess of Sussex advice because, for her, "no one is really advocating for them." Prince Harry and Markle are being advised by a massive American PR company and the approach was very different when they were in the U.K.
"Every celebrity today has to make a deal with the devil to maintain their fame, and that usually costs them in exposure," Baker wrote in Mirror. "It's the same for Meghan."
She added that "it's a right of passage to go on Oprah Winfrey and disclose your truth as you see it." She added that public disclosure usually surrounds one's pain and mental health problems because it fits the celebrity narrative arc of depression and anxiety.
She pointed Adele's recent interview with Winfrey, where she also talked about her painful divorce from her ex-husband Simon Konecki.

Meghan Markle Is Allegedly An Alpha And Wants To Be In Control
Baker finds Meghan Markle as an alpha who knows what she wants and will get it. She can also be controlling and people who are controlling aren't necessarily very pleasant.
Barker said Markle's guesting on The Ellen Show was curated for perfection. She added that the royal couple probably saw the questions beforehand and would have to approve the show before it aired.
"It will be made to look relaxed and free, but behind the scenes, it will have been incredibly orchestrated and planned," she added. "Meghan wont' expose herself to anything unexpected that could catch her out and embarrass her, but it's interesting how she's aligning herself with Ellen now."
DeGeneres already apologized for the issue involving her last year. Barker speculated that Markle probably hoped some of the wokeness would rub off of her.
