Meghan Markle and Prince Harry reportedly spent Christmas on Vancouver Island with their first born, Archie, and the former actress’ mother, Doria Ragland. Though the royal family did not make a huge issue out of it, Richard Kay of the Daily Mail claimed that it was an “extraordinary slight” against Queen Elizabeth.
During a recent episode of Fergie & Meghan: Inconvenient Royals, per Express UK, Richard stated:
“That seemed an extraordinary slight in many ways. The Queen dearly loves having all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren around her at Christmas. The suggestion was perhaps Harry and Meghan were being selfish about all this.”
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry never returned to the United Kingdom together since their infamous Megxit. Earlier this year, there were speculations that the Sussex pair might return to Britain and spend the Christmas and New Year break with the other royal family members in Queen Elizabeth’s Sandringham estate.

Buckingham Palace previously revealed that the festivities to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s newest milestone would kick off with a live concert on June 4, 2022. More than 5,000 people are also projected to take part in a special pageant on June 5, 2022.
Queen Elizabeth would also be having her birthday parade on June 2, 2022, which is also known as the Trooping the Color. Over 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses, and 400 musicians are expected to come together in a great display of military precision, horsemanship, and fanfare.
