Meghan Markle Isn't Reportedly Over Katy Perry's Wedding Dress Comment; Prince Harry's Wife Allegedly Holds Grudge After Orlando Bloom's Fiancee Prefers Kate Middleton's Bridal Gown

Meghan Markle is reportedly still seething after Katy Perry's comment on her wedding dress. Prince Harry's wife and Orlando Bloom's fiancee are allegedly unlikely to strike a friendship despite the two gentleman's bond due to the issue four years ago, a report says.

Meghan Markle Reportedly Holding A Grudge Against Katy Perry

Prince Harry and Orlando Bloom have reportedly struck a friendship as they are neighbors in Montecito. However, their partners are unlikely to mirror the same bond.

"Orlando is very sympathetic towards Harry and Meghan and does reach out if he ever sees anything suspicious in the neighborhood," a source told Daily Star (OK! magazine). "However, Meghan is keenly aware of a comment that Katy Perry made in 2018 about her wedding dress and is notorious for holding a grudge."

The source continued, "I would not expect to see Meghan and Katy carpooling to PTA meetings anytime in the future!"

In addition, the Duchess of Sussex allegedly felt "raw" after reading the manuscript of her husband's upcoming memoir. According to OK!, the comments were made by a source close to the Sussexes.

Prince Harry confirmed that he and Bloom helped one another when it came to dealing with the paparazzi. He spoke about how the Lord of the Rings actor reached out to him, when his security noticed a paparazzi in the neighborhood.

"Two days ago, Orlando Bloom sent me a message 'cause he's down the road and we sort of keep in contact because of the paparazzi," Harry said during his appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast. "He sent me a photograph, which his security got of this long-haired guy with a beanie on with his AirPods in, with his massive camera, lying in the back of his truck [with] blackout windows... taking photographs of them out with their kid and whoever else is in that area.

What Did Katy Perry Say About Meghan Markle's Wedding Dress

Meghan Markle wore a Givenchy wedding dress that featured a bateau neckline, showing off her collar bones. It also fits her slender frame and emphasizes her sculpted waist, according to Brides.

However, when the Roar singer was asked by Lauren Zima of Entertainment Tonight about her thoughts on the former Suits star's wedding dress, Katy Perry seemed not impressed.

"I would have done one more fitting," Perry told ET. "I'm never not going to tell the truth! One more fitting, but I love you."

In the same interview, Bloom's fiancee added that she preferred Kate Middleton's Alexander McQueen wedding dress compared to Markle's Givenchy. The Duchess of Cambridge was also stunning when she walked down the aisle and exchanged "I do's" with Prince William.

"Kate, Kate, Kate won, Kate won!" Perry said after comparing Markle and Middleton's bridal gowns.
