Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have become a favorite subject of criticism since they were first romantically linked to each other in late 2015. Some royal followers suggested that the former Suits actress does not qualify to become the duke's wife and a member of the royal family.
In January 2020, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced their decision to leave the royal life for good, citing their desire to become free from the ceaseless attacks of the British media and become financially independent from the Firm.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, during their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, revealed that the "racism" happening inside the palace was actually one of the primary reasons behind their infamous Megxit.
Recently, former U.S. President Donald Trump launched a furious attack on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, lambasting them for "disrespecting" Queen Elizabeth. Keep on reading to know more details.
Is Ex-POTUS Donald Trump Determined To Derail Meghan Markle's Political Ambitions?
National Enquirer, in its upcoming May 16, 2022, issue, reported that, while the former president's remarks were primarily aimed to protect Queen Elizabeth, he is also "determined to derail" the alleged political ambitions of Meghan Markle. An unnamed source told the magazine:
"Trump appears a little put off by publicity Harry and Meghan are generating amid all the drama of their bitter split from the royal family. People around him are convinced the hoopla is a well-orchestrated ploy by Meghan to fuel her drive to become America's first female president."
The magazine claimed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have hired former Barack Obama reelection campaign guru Miranda Barbot to makeover their image. The unidentified palace source added:
"This is a clear sign Meghan's plan is to move into politics. And she won't settle for a seat on the local council. Her sights are focused on the White House!"
Royal biographer Omid Scobie previously confirmed Meghan Markle "has her eyes set on the U.S. presidency," adding her rise from B-list actress to royal duchess is "the embodiment of the American dream."
The same royal insider furthered:
"We believe he wants her stopped before she starts, and he has painted her as a demanding prima donna who dominates her hapless hubby, Harry. Donald's already facing talk of a presidential election showdown with former First Lady Michelle Obama. The last thing he needs is another charismatic adversary."
In an interview with British broadcaster Piers Morgan, Donald Trump blasted Prince Harry's "terrible choice" not to attend the March memorial service for the late Prince Philip, who died at the age of 99 in 2021. The ex-POTUS said it was "so disrespectful" and an "embarrassment" to Queen Elizabeth.
Donald Trump also urged the British monarch to strip Meghan Markle and Prince Harry of their royal titles and ban them from Britain. He said:
"Harry wouldn't go to the memorial, but he was at the Super Bowl. He was at a Texas rodeo. But he couldn't find the time to get on a plane."
As if that is not enough, ex-POTUS Donald Trump also predicted that the marriage of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would end with Meghan Markle finding another guy or Prince Harry refusing to be "bossed around" any longer. He said, "it'll end, and it'll end bad."
Winning Political Campaigns author William Bike said Donald Trump's attacks on Meghan Markle would not only discredit a potential rival but also appeal to his conservative base. He said:
"It's good politics [since American conservatives] are predisposed not like [people who tear down the queen]. The coverage of Harry and Meghan has been generally negative, but the fact she's hiring Obama's PR guru probably indicates she's looking at a political run."
Political analysts told National Enquirer that Meghan Markle would run should President Joe Biden opts out of a second term. Most, if not all, royal fans are aware that the wife of Prince Harry supported U.S President Joe Biden in a campaign video and openly opposed the 2016 presidential bid of Donald Trump.
The political ambitions of Meghan Markle are said to be a slap in the face of palace decorum, especially since the royal family never discusses politics in public. The better half of Prince Harry, reportedly, does not care.
A palace source said:
"We are appalled she would use the title given to her as a gift by Her Majesty to slither her way into politics. Meghan failed in her bid to become a British queen. Being the first female president would be her ultimate revenge."
Meghan Markle has yet to comment on the reports claiming she plans to run in the upcoming 2024 U.S. Presidential election. So, devoted followers of Prince Harry's wife should take all these unverified claims lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
