Marvel's What If..? Season 3 Renewal Status
During the Marvel Studios animation panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, after the announcement of What If..? Season 2 which will be out around 2024.
Another huge drop came from the panel as Season 3 has been confirmed to be in the works for release sometime in the future.
While there is no definitive release date yet, Marvel's What If..? Season 3 being confirmed as under development means that it is certain to happen but it may not fall under Phase Six since the Marvel Cinematic Universe slate for that has already been unveiled during the event.
Marvel's What If..? Season 3 Release Date: When Will the Marvel Series Come Out?
Since Season 2 is still along the way, Marvel's What If..? Season 3 remains without a release date nor window.
It has not been announced yet when the series will take place especially with Phase Five and Phase Six already unveiled during the San Diego Comic-Con.
Given that the animation takes time, the same reason why the first season was delayed and had one episode scrapped to be included in the second season, What If..? Season 3 can be expected at around 2025 or 2026, at least, since at such time would Phase Six unfold.
While waiting for the third season, there are still a lot of shows that could come out which could bring in more alternate realities to the screens.
Unfortunately, What If..? Season 2 seems to have been delayed indefinitely but fans are hoping that once it comes out for a Disney Plus release, around 2 to 3 years would be the waiting time for Season 3 after the release of the second installment.

Marvel's What If..? Season 3 Cast: Who are the Actors Included in the Disney+ Series?
Jeffrey Wright returns as Uatu the Watcher as a whole new set of stories will unfold in Marvel's What If..? Season 3 with the multiverse continuing to unravel itself.
It depends whom among the original MCU cast would be back to voice and reprise their roles.
This would be dependent on what happens in the second season since some alternate realities have continuing stories such as that of Peggy Carter who became the first Avenger in the pilot episode of the animated series and her story continues until Season 2 as confirmed before.

From the comic book series of the same name which recounts the different events in the Marvel lore happening if something else turns out to be out of place, What If..? Season 3 is an anthology series in the MCU created and written by A.C. Bradley and directed by Bryan Andrews.
Marvel's What If..? Season 3 forms part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, thus, it is under Disney and Marvel Studios headed by the big boss, Kevin Feige.
Marvel's What If..? Season 3 Plot: What Will be the Plot of the Series?
There is no word yet as to the plot of Marvel's What If..? Season 3 because it is not yet in production, just a confirmation that it will definitely be happening some time in the future.
The anthology series will continue with alternate scenarios of the heroes and villains.
In Marvel's What If..?, as the multiverse opened and branched out into alternate realities making it more chaotic, but at the same time, offering more possibilities and amazing stories like what What If..? will cater – different angles on the heroes and villains from their origins, the events they were in, and the totality of what the universe has to offer.
To be told by Uatu the Watcher, Marvel's What If..? will re-tell the stories we all know but this time, with a different take as it would answer the biggest what-ifs-and-could-have-beens in the MCU.
Called as the Watcher, Uatu has promised not to intervene and just observe the various alternate realities that are unfolding as the multiverse opened following Loki and Sylvie's deeds in the finale of Loki where Sylvie killed He Who Remains, the one keeping the main timeline in check, as a result, the alternate realities branched out.
Marvel's What If..? features alternate realities still canon to the franchise where the characters have swapped positions, events happening with a different ending, and heroes and villains meeting and being friends or changing sides.
Recently, Uatu the Watcher had a cameo appearance in Thor: Love and Thunder as one of the busts or statues in the Temple of Eternity where other abstract or cosmic entities are enshrined such as The Living Tribunal’s co-members of the Abstract Entities: Death, Infinity, and Eternity.

It will continue where it started. Disney+ exclusively streams Marvel's What If..? along with all the other Marvel series released or upcoming as announced for Phase Four, Five, and Six of the MCU.
