There is little doubt that fans have been hoping that The Mandalorian Season 3 will show how Baby Yoda will be trained by Luke Skywalker. Amazingly, the new poster for the Star Wars series may have confirmed that it will be happening next year.
In the final episode of The Mandalorian Season 2, Luke arrived to help Mando and his team in defeating Moff Gideon. He then revealed that he had heard Grogu's Force call and had come to help The Child continue with his Jedi training.
It was an awesome scene that had fans expecting to see more of Luke and Baby Yoda in The Mandalorian Season 3. Not surprisingly, this appears to be exactly what the new poster revealed.
The poster features Luke standing with Grogu who is using The Force to levitate the parts of a lightsaber hilt. Luke himself is also using The Force to float a yellow kyber crystal. Check it out below.
We're loving the poster that was created by Russell Walks and is the perfect wall accessory for any Mandalorian fan. It could also confirm that Season 3 will feature Baby Yoda's training. However, we still expect the show to continue following Mando's story as well. Needless to say, we can't wait to see how that goes next year.
The Mandalorian Season 3 will not air in 2021. The Book of Boba Fett will premiere in December 2021 instead. However, fans can expect to see the next chapter of The Mandalorian by 2022.
