Kevin Hart gave an update about Jamie Foxx’s condition three weeks after the latter’s mysterious medical emergency.
Jamie’s daughter, Corinne Foxx, broke the news about her father’s hospitalization but didn’t give any details about his illness. So, how’s the actor today?
Kevin Hart Talks About Jamie Foxx’s Condition
In an interview on Logan Paul and Mike Majlak’s podcast, Impaulsive, the comedian revealed that the Django Unchained star is already improving.
“The dope thing is that he’s getting better in his situation, and everybody’s prayers, everybody’s love, energy, all that stuff is seen and felt [by him],” he said via Deadline. “In this case, you just want the guy to get out of the situation and get back home.”
However, just like Jamie’s daughter, Hart didn’t reveal the singer’s health status.
“I don’t know the details — or the exact details — as to what’s going on, but to my knowledge, there’s a lot of progression and a world of better,” he continued.

He then admitted he was hesitant to share what happened to the 55-year-old out of respect for his privacy.
“I’ve heard things,” he added. “I’m very fortunate to have the relationship with Jamie, that I can check on things…They’re being tight [with information] for reasons — just about where he is — because Jamie’s always been a private person…”
From there, Hart expressed his love for Jamie and was grateful for the love and support he had been receiving.

“My love, synergy, energy goes out to him. He’s needed. He’s necessary,” he stated. “I know that he knows that, and I know that he feels that because there’s been an outcry and outpour of support in his regard, and I can only hope that it continues.”
Jamie Foxx Breaks Social Media Silence
Hart’s comments came on the same day Jamie broke his social media silence, hinting at his improved condition.
“Appreciate all the love. Feeling blessed,” he posted on Instagram.
The update followed Corrine’s announcement about her dad’s unrevealed “medical complication.”

“We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday,” her statement read. “Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery.”
