Kate Middleton and Prince Harry have developed a close bond over the years because both are dear to Prince William. However, some were concerned that the Duke of Sussex might disrespect his sister-in-law in his upcoming memoir.
Kate Middleton Heartbreak: Prince Harry Might Say Things Against Duchess In His Memoir?
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said Prince Harry might target Prince William's wife in his book. The royal siblings were rumored to be feuding.
"I interviewed Richard Fitzwilliams, he said something to me and he says how arrogant and yucky it is to release this book during the Queen's Jubilee year that we're expecting at the end of the year," Schofield told GB News (via Express). "There are concerns about Harry disrespecting Camilla and God forbid, disrespecting perhaps the Duchess of Cambridge."
Many are concerned about the content of Prince Harry's book. Schofield believed that it would be wrong for Prince Harry to target the royal family and she felt that it would be difficult for the public to side with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex if they would continue to shade the members of the firm.
"I do think this is a mistake for Prince Harry," she continued. "It's hard to sympathise with him, which is ultimately what Meghan and Harry are trying to get from people, when their actions don't match their words."
Meanwhile, royal commentator Jonathan Sacerdoti was convinced that Prince Harry's book would contain some controversies. Otherwise, the publishing would not pay him a huge sum for it.
"I think we can expect to see some controversy from that book," Sacerdoti told Express. "I don't think publishers pay that kind of money unless they expect to get something quite substantial in return. Also, he's got plenty to tell. He's got quite a life story that people are interested in reading about. I suspect we might be seeing some of that but exactly what they bring out next, I don't know."
Kate Middleton And Prince Harry's Relationship
Kate Middleton and Prince Harry were very close back then. When the Duke of Sussex was still single he would join the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in various royal engagements. Since the three were inseparable, fans called them the "royal trio." Some also jokingly called Prince Harry his brother and sister-in-law's third wheel.
In a previous interview, Prince Harry said Middleton was the sister he never had. Also, during the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's final royal engagement, body language expert Judi James noticed how Prince Harry gave his sister-in-law an affectionate smile despite the tension between him and his older brother.

An unnamed source close to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also told Vanity Fair that their decision to leave their royal duties was not easy for everyone. The royals were pretty emotional and the Duchess of Cambridge wasn't happy about it.
"To be honest, I think Kate has taken it all badly. She, Harry and William were once such a happy trio - she thinks what has happened is all very sad," the insider said.

Prince Harry and Middleton's last public sighting was at Prince Philip's funeral. Meghan Markle didn't join her husband because she was still pregnant with baby Lilibet at the time.
The Duke of Sussex left the chapel with Prince William and Middleton. Many praised the Duchess of Cambridge because she played as the siblings' peacemaker by walking slowly so that the royal siblings would have their own private moment and talk on their way to their home.
Prince Harry's memoir will be released later this year.
