Kate Middleton has maintained her slim figure even after welcoming three kids with her husband, Prince William. According to a report, that's because the duchess is an "exercise junkie."

The Duchess of Cambridge carried three babies, but her figure never changed. She still looks the same and seems to not gain weight over the years.

According to a report, she maintained her slim and toned figure with regular exercise and a healthy, balanced diet.

An unnamed source told Mail Online last year that she enjoys keeping herself fit and is an "exercise junkie."

"Pippa and Kate take their toned physiques extremely seriously," the source said per Express. "The Duchess is reportedly also a fan of CrossFit and yoga, makes time to go for a run most days, enjoys cycling, and does all her workouts without a personal trainer."

However, she is a huge fan of plank — a workout routine that doesn't involve any equipment at all except for body weight.

Middleton regularly does the plank at home, the insider added. The duchess is aware of all the benefits the said routine offers and makes it a regular part of her daily routine.

"It tightens her muscles. There are three elements, the basic plank, side plank and the prone skydive," the tipster continued. "All of which are positions Kate can hold for 45 seconds or longer and repeat at least 10 times each."

Aside from that, the duchess is very sporty. She's into tennis, hockey and rowing.

Kate Middleton Diet For A Slim Frame

The Duchess of Cambridge has never publicly confirmed her diet, but multiple outlets claimed that she follows the Dunkan diet. It involves cutting out carbohydrates and replacing them with healthy fats and vegetables.

Her usual breakfast is reportedly oatmeal and berries because it supports her active lifestyle. She also indulges in everyone's favorite food — pizza. However, she is into organic food.
