Barbend analyzed monthly Google searchers about Middleton's eating habits and lifestyle. They learned that the future queen consort worked on maintaining her appearance.

"Kate Middleton is renowned the world over for her glossy hair, healthy complexion and most importantly her fitness and active lifestyle – but she has clearly had to work for her attributes like anyone else," they told Express. "No matter how wealthy you are, health and fitness are not handed to you on a silver plate, and it takes work and dedication to maintain your health."

The duchess is a working mom of three with a tight schedule. She and Prince William have to take on more engagements after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to step down from their royal duties.

However, since she wasn't raised in a royal family, she cooked for the family. She also makes sure to spend time with her children.

In 2018, Middleton got back into her shape just a few months after delivering Prince Louis. When asked how she shed the extra pounds, the duchess shared her secret to Professor Bulbul Dhar-James.

"I am running after my kids," Dhar-James quoted Middleton.

What Does Kate Middleton Eat?

According to the analysis, Middleton loves to eat oatmeal and berries for breakfast, which is an excellent choice for her active lifestyle. Those food choices give her a burst of energy to meet the demands of commitments. Also, although she indulges in sushi and pizza, she is into organic food.

"No matter what she is eating – sushi, salads or indulging in pizza with her children – Kate’s affinity for organic foods, which she consumed during her childhood, will give her an optimum level of nutrition, not only maintaining her beauty but promoting longevity," they added.

With Middleton's healthy diet and active lifestyle, there is no question why the Duchess of Cambridge still looks gorgeous at 40.
