Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel dealt with a major bump in their relationship just before the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2019, the NSYNC frontman was accused of cheating with his wife after he was photographed holding hands with his co-star.

OK! magazine, in its Feb. 14 issue, claimed that Biel is always uncomfortable whenever Timberlake is around other women. So, when the actress found out that Timberlake reconnected with his ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears, Biel couldn’t allegedly have been more upset.
“Justin has been following Britney’s situation extremely carefully and checked in on her a bunch of times. They’ll talk about the old days and how glad Justin is that she’s found happiness. Justin has good intentions, but his behavior is inappropriate. If it was Jess communicating with one of her exes, Justin would expect to be in the loop about it,” an unnamed source claimed.

Additionally, the couple is also, allegedly, feuding over their living arrangements. Even if they agreed to have a fresh start, it’s been a struggle for Biel and Timberlake because they also have their children to attend to.
“But reality has set in, and Justin and Jessica are who they are. Not much has changed in terms of their dynamic and they’re over trying to overhaul their lives for the marriage. They thought a change in scenery would be what they needed, but Justin is bored in Montana. He’s yearning to get back to his music and acting career. Jessica, meanwhile, has no interest in going back to city life. She’s a homebody, but Justin isn’t, so there have been a lot of arguments about it,” the unnamed source said.

According to the source, it’s only a matter of time before Timberlake and Biel decide on whether their marriage can continue or not. If the couple goes for the second option, a huge amount of money could allegedly be at stake. After all, getting divorced at this time isn’t a joke.
“There’s so much money at stake, and of course custody of the kids as well. Jessica took a big step back from her acting career to focus on being a mom so it’s very likely that she’d try for physical custody,” the unnamed source claimed.
Timberlake could also be at the losing end because his net worth is estimated at $250 million, while Biel’s net worth is just around $18 million. So, the latter could seek spousal support from Timberlake if they decide to get a divorce.

At the end of the day, the couple is allegedly trying to conceal the truth about their marriage. During interviews, Timberlake and Biel pretend that they’re in it for the long haul. But behind closed doors, they couldn’t be more distant from one another.
“Justin and Jessica want to be the ones in control of their image, and it does them no good at all when people are gossiping about them being miserable. There’s still so hope they can work things out – they have before,” the unnamed source concluded.
However, Timberlake and Biel are not divorcing. And it’s not also true that Timberlake hates his life in Montana because he, Biel, and their two children are thriving there.
It’s also important to note that the couple moved to Montana in 2015 so they have already adjusted to their quieter lives there.

Two years ago, Timberlake also talked about his marriage to Biel. He told Daily Mail that it’s important to stay grounded in marriage.
“I think it’s important to remember that you go into marriage knowing that you don’t know very much about it at all. She’s still serious about her career, but she’s also funny and charismatic and patient and understanding, and incredibly passionate. There was nothing starry about the way we got together. We met and got talking, and afterward, I asked our friend if I could call her and ask her out. He called Jessica and she said yes, though I must say I had to be pretty persistent. But I have a fair amount of tenacity and if I want something I stick to it,” Timberlake said.
