Jordan Peele’s Nope: First Footage for Superbowl Trailer Revealed


The producer, director, comedian, and actor Jordan Peele’s new film Nope just released its first teaser for the Superbowl trailer.

Peele has produced and directed a number of films like Keanu, Storks, and Toy Story 4. But Peele’s take on horror films is what makes him a standout in the industry. Peele is mostly known for his different take on the horror-thriller genre with eerie psychological mind-bending twists. His most-known works are Get-Out, Us, and last year’s Candyman.

2017’s Get Out earned $255.4 million globally and Peele followed up with 2019’s Us, which took in $255.1 million at the global box office.

Peele was nominated for different academy bodies for his brilliant directing and writing. Some of these nominations are BAFTA Best Film nominee, Critic’s Choice Best Director, and Academy Award for Best Director, Writing, and Picture.

Last year, Peele has announced his new movie, Nope, and reported to be reuniting with Academy nominee Daniel Kaluuya, his lead star from Get Out. Peele is also confirmed to be writing and directing Nope.

Many horror fans are waiting for Peele’s new film and On February 8, MonkeyPaw Productions has officially released a teaser for the new film, and the full trailer is reported hinted at Sunday’s Superbowl.

The teaser unveils its main cast, Daniel Kaluuya, Steven Yeun, and Keke Palmer.

Though we don't have any information about the plot yet and Peele is keeping a mysterious identity for the film, fans speculate that the film follows Peele’s distinct psychological take, that tackles usually tackles social commentary. Many theories like it's going to be about aliens, a sequel from the get-out film, and that the cloud from the poster has its significance in the film.

Nope's full theatrical trailer will be released on Sunday's Superbowl and the released date for the film was revealed to be on July 22, 2022.
