John Boyega may be internationally known for his role as Finn in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, but he has already made a name in the entertainment industry.

He was first recognized for his role as Moses in the 2011 science-fiction comedy movie Attack the Block. From there, he joined the Star Wars universe, and the rest is history. With his worldwide fame, how much net worth has John Boyega amassed?

The 30-year-old had his first acting role in a school play when he was in Oliver Goldsmith Primary School. Theatre Peckham’s artistic director Teresa Early noticed him when he did another play there.

Though he took media writing and film studies at the University of Greenwich, he dropped out to pursue his acting career. He then trained at the Identity School of Acting in London.

Outside the theatre, John Boyega made his film debut in the 2011 Attack the block. He then did the drama Junkhearts, followed by a supporting role in the movie adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's novel Half of a Yellow Sun.

After a year, he led the Netflix movie Imperial Dreams, but his international breakthrough happened when he did Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015. The actor received widespread acclaim when he played the role of a renegade stormtrooper Finn.

He reprised his role in two more Star Wars movies, Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

Aside from a successful movie career, John Boyega also made a name on the small screen.

He made his TV debut in an episode of Law & Order UK in 2011, followed by a four-episode appearance in Becoming Human.

He was also seen in My Murder, The Whale and 24: Live Another Day.

In addition, he also did voice acting, lending his voice for a number of animated shows. He was the voice behind the character of Blkmrkt on Major Lazer, Dutch on Tinkershrimp & Dutch and Bigwig on Watership Down.
