Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have only been dating for a couple of months, but their fans are already urging them to tie the knot. Even though the couple has not said anything about getting engaged or getting married anytime soon, multiple sources have been claiming that the A-listers are already in the process of planning their wedding.
Jennifer Lopez Plans To Spend $500M On Her, Ben Affleck’s Wedding
Woman’s Day, in its Feb. 28 issue, claimed that Jennifer Lopez and Affleck started planning their wedding last year shortly after they got engaged. Just before the holidays, Affleck was spotted at a Tiffany & Co. store with his mom and son, and eagle-eyed fans thought that he visited the store to buy a ring for Lopez.
An unnamed source claimed that following the couple’s engagement, they immediately started planning their wedding. However, Lopez is more hands-on compared to Affleck, but the Batman v Superman actor doesn’t have any problem with this.
“Jen has already been married three times and engaged five times – including to Ben in the early 2000s – so she wants a real show-stopper of a celebration to make sure she blows everyone’s memories of former loves out of the water,” the unnamed source said.
The couple has also been asking for help from their respective exes when it comes to planning their special day. Lopez is relying on her ex-husband, Marc Anthony to get some unique ideas for her wedding. And Affleck has also, allegedly, been asking his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner for tips.
And when it comes to the couple’s wedding ceremony and budget, the unnamed source insisted that they agreed to go all-out. Lopez doesn’t allegedly mind if she will be called a diva for shelling out $500 million for her two wedding ceremonies.
“She’s never been ashamed of being a diva, and she’s told Ben she wants not one but two destination ceremonies, with money being no object. She’ll drop half a billion if she has to,” the unnamed source said.

When it comes to their wedding venue, the source insisted that Lopez and Affleck’s first wedding will take place in Montana, where the latter owns a home. And their second wedding will be held somewhere close to Lopez’s heart.
“She also wants a party in a lush, tropical location to reflect her Puerto Rican roots. Jennifer has entrusted her assistants with working with her go-to designer Zuhair Murad to create something show-stopping. You can bet both dresses will be absolutely perfect, priceless pieces of art,” the unnamed source claimed.
Ben Affleck Wants Jennifer Lopez To Plan Their Wedding
Affleck is also, allegedly, very comfortable with just sitting on the sidelines and watching Lopez work her magic on the wedding planning.
“He’s a very practical guy who’s just as happy in a shirt and jeans as he is in a tailored suit, but he’ll basically do whatever he’s told for this wedding. For Ben, Jennifer can do no wrong. Sure, she’s accustomed to the high life and everything she does is over the top, but he feels she worked hard to get everything she wants,” the unnamed source explained.
However, there’s no proof that Lopez and Affleck are already engaged. And if they aren’t engaged, there’s no reason for them to plan their wedding this early on.
It is important to note that Affleck and Lopez already got engaged years ago, but they were forced to cancel their wedding at the last minute. By the looks of it, the A-listers wouldn’t want to commit the same mistake so there’s no reason for them to rush into settling down.
However, different publications have various claims about Lopez and Affleck’s alleged wedding plans.

Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck’s Alleged Engagement, Wedding Plans
Us Weekly previously claimed that the A-listers want an elaborate wedding.
“Both Ben and Jen want their wedding to be an elaborate statement of their love story for their friends and family. They really want [everyone] to have a good time. They want it to be intimate, but immaculate,” a source said.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the couple is also open to the possibility of getting engaged again.
“Ben and Jen are so in love. Their loved ones would not be surprised if Ben pops the question. Of course, they will be considerate of their children when thinking about moving forward with their relationship. They both want things to be great between their kids, not just the two of them,” a source said.
However, no engagement has taken place between Lopez and Affleck as of press writing.
