But according to Radar Online, this year's holiday celebrations could be different because Jennifer Lopez is the one calling the shots. And her husband, Ben Affleck, has no other choice but to follow suit.
As such, a source claimed that Garner is no longer looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas this year.
"It's really been Jen's job for the last 15 years to engineer these perfect Thanksgivings for her kids. Ben and J.Lo's marriage changes that dynamic. It meant so much for him to break bed together. But his place is with his wife, and J Lo calls the shots on everything important," the source said.

Jennifer Garner And Ben Affleck's Children Will Have 2 Thanksgiving And Christmas Celebrations?
The source also claimed that Garner and Lopez have a chilly relationship, so it's unlikely for the two women to do some activities together during the holiday season.
"The idea of them cooking together or giving warm and fuzzy speeches — it's not going to happen," the source said.
But if there's one upside to their new setup, it is that Garner and Affleck's children will get to celebrate two Thanksgiving dinners and Christmases.
"The kids will get the best of both worlds. They'll shuttle between the two houses and have two holidays," the source said.
No Ill Feelings Between Jennifer Garner And Jennifer Lopez, Source Claims
But another source told Entertainment Tonight in July that all is well between Garner and Lopez. In fact, the Marry Me and her husband invited Garner to their wedding, but she was unable to attend due to her work commitments.
"Marc Anthony and Jen and Ben and Jen Garner all still get along relatively well and share special places in each other's hearts. There is no ill will from anyone and the mutual goal and focus is zero drama and to prioritize being great parents to their children," the source said.
However, Page Six also claimed that Garner only found out about Affleck and Lopez's Las Vegas wedding the day before the ceremony.
"Ben did tell Jen about the wedding, but I'm told that it was only Friday at the earliest. It was very, very minimally planned in advance and was largely spur-of-the-moment. [Affleck and Garner's 16-year-old daughter] Violet stayed home because she's extremely loyal to her mom," another source said.
