Jamie Foxx is reportedly out of the hospital and has entered one of the top physical rehabilitations in the country for his recovery.
TMZ claimed Jamie had received medical care in Chicago since April, a few weeks after suffering a mysterious medical emergency. His daughters, Corinne and Anelise Foxx, reportedly visited their father over the weekend.
What Medical Care is Jamie Foxx in?
The 55-year-old's medical emergency remains unknown, but the medical care he is in is reportedly specializing in "stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury rehab, spinal cord injury rehab, and cancer rehabilitation," per Page Six.

An insider told the outlet that Jamie is now "recovering well," which Corinne seconded, finally giving an update about her father's health.
Corinne Foxx Gives Update About Jamie Foxx's Health Status
After several weeks of silence, Corinne posted a health update about Jamie's health status.
She first announced her dad's medical emergency on April 12, and now the Oscar winner has been "recuperating" for weeks.
He's already healthy enough that he can now play pickleball.
"Update from the family: Sad to see how the media runs wild. My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating," she wrote on her Instagram Story via Variety. "In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone's prayers and support. We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!"

Corinne initially broke the news about Jamie's hospitalization.
"We wanted to share that my father Jamie Foxx experienced a medical complication yesterday," she posted. "Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time."
Jamie Foxx, Corinne Foxx to Host New Music-Centric Game Show
After news about his hospital discharge was out, Jamie was announced to host the new music-centric game show, We Are Family, on US Network with Corinne.
The two revealed, via BBC, that they were already "thrilled" to do the show.
"We hope this show brings as much fun to audiences at home as we've had creating it when it premieres next year," they said in a joint statement.
