James Corden enjoyed incredible fame in the U.K. when he finally reached international recognition by hosting The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2015. But aside from being a host, he has also shown great talent in acting in theater, film, and television

Corden started his career in the U.K. as a co-writer and lead star in the BBC sitcom Gavin & Stacey. He instantly earned the BAFTA Television Award for Best Comedy Performance for his role.

As a singer, he was part of Dizzee Rascal’s U.K. No. 1 single “Shout.”

In the U.S., he has made a name as The Late Late Show with James Corden host. He also appeared on the U.K. charity telethon Comic Relief in 2011 and created his Carpool Karaoke sketch, driving around London while singing songs with George Michael.

James Corden Apologizes to New York City Restaurant Owner after being Banned

Balthazar restaurant owner Keith McNally revealed Corden had already apologized to him after outing his alleged behavior in his lounge.

"James Corden just called me and apologized profusely," he posted on Instagram. "Having f---ed up myself more than most people, I strongly believe in second chances."

He then made fun of it, saying the host could return to his restaurant, but he had one condition.

"So if James Corden lets me host his Late Late Show for 9 months, I'll immediately rescind his ban from Balthazar,” he joked. "No, of course not. But....anyone magnanimous enough to apologize to a deadbeat layabout like me [and my staff] doesn't deserve to be banned from anywhere. Especially Balthazar."
