Is Peter Pan & Wendy Worth Watching?
Peter Pan & Wendy brings the magic of the story into life with the live-action adaptation of the movie on Disney Plus but there are some changes from the original source material. This time, Wendy has a bigger role and more than that, she comes out as the main protagonist, even shadowing Peter Pan. (No pun intended on you, shadow.) The twist in the story of Peter Pan and Captain Hook adds a great highlight to the movie. Overall, it is a fun watch but there are just some things that doesn't sit quite right, or maybe it's just something people aren't used to, especially having knowledge of the original source material. It's great to watch with kids, too.

The narrative focused on Wendy more than it does on Peter Pan which is quite different from the Disney classic animated movie.

Wendy became the main protagonist, from her story of deciding whether to grow up, to sacrificing herself for her brother and the lost kids, to saving the day in the end.

A back story for Peter Pan and Captain Hook's rivalry has been given and while it wasn't given a solid groundwork, it worked for the movie.
