Re: Zero − Starting Life in Another World is an Isekai anime produced by White Fox and is based on the light novel series of the same name written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka where Subaru re-lives the same day he gets transported to a different world.

Subaru Natsuki just got out of the grocery store and on his way home, he gets magically transported to a world where he gets beaten down by a group of thugs only to be saved by a beautiful mysterious woman, Satella, who was just looking for the thieves who took her insignia.
As a way of thanks, Subaru helps Satella look for her insignia and upon finding it, they get murdered. Subaru wakes up to find out he would re-live the same events and the day would end with him and Satella dying.
For the second season, Subaru finally ends the threat of the White Whale and defeats Petelgeuse Romaneeconti, the Witch Cult's Sin Archbishop representing sloth, but after his victory and upon reuniting with his love, Emilia, he learns that Rem had fallen victim to the Fog of Elimination of the White Whale.
With no White Whale to stop them, Subaru and Emilia face the reality they never dreamed of happening.
Re: Zero Season 2 is a split-cour. This means that the season will be divided into two parts, with the first part comprising of ten to thirteen episodes followed by a break, a three-month block of the TV broadcast. For Re: Zero Season 2, the whole season is comprised of 25 episodes.
The 25 episodes of Re: Zero Season 2 is in two parts, the first of which aired the last part in Episode 13 last September 30, 2021. The second half of the split-cour premiered last January 6, 2021.
Given all these, Re: Zero Season 2 Part 2 will be having 12 episodes in total, from Episode 14 to Episode 25.
Crunchyroll offers Re: Zero Season 2 with English subtitles and airs a new episode every week. For premium users of Crunchyroll, an advanced viewing of the show is given to the subscribers where they get to see the new episodes first hand, a week earlier for those who are not subscribed.
Re: Zero Season 2 is currently on its 23rd episode, and 48th episode in total. New Episodes release every Wednesday, via Crunchyroll at 8:30 PM EST. Its release in Japan would be a day earlier at 10:30 PM JST.
