"It's such a blessing. It's a total miracle. It's unbelievable," she told hosts Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa. "This is something that I've been wanting for a long time, and my next thing is I'm gonna be a mum. And not just of one but of two. I'm feeling great right now."

As she expected her twins to arrive in April, Swank revealed her clothes are now getting fit.

This has been Swank's first pregnancy since wanting to have kids for the longest time.

"I definitely would like kids someday," she told People in 2006. "That's definitely something that I've always thought about as a very, very young girl."
