Han So Hee and her agency updated fans following an accident that happened on the set of her upcoming K-drama Gyeongseong Creature, also known as K Project.
As obtained by Soompi, the actress’ label, 9ato Entertainment, released a statement notifying fans regarding her plans to return to her activities.
Han So Hee Plans to Continue Filming Gyeongseong Creature
A week after Han So Hee’s accident, the agency shared that Gyeongseong Creature is currently continuing its production without the actress, but revealed that the 27-year-old star is “scheduled to return after next week.”
9ato Entertainment also shared why she is still unable to join her fellow actors.
“Due to her injury, she’s unable to wear makeup, so the exact date will be decided after watching her prognosis,” the agency explained.
As for the actress’ recovery, the talent label mentioned that Han So Hee’s injury “didn’t need surgery” and being treated with recovery tape” but still has bruises around her eyes.
Han So Hee Updates Fans
Prior to her agency’s official statement, the Nevertheless star assured her fans that she is "okay" and currently recovering from the accident.
In the same report, Han So Hee shared through a group chat that she is keeping herself busy by drawing and sketching, as seen on her Instagram.
“I am spending my time at home resting well and drawing, and it’s been a while since I’ve had some time for myself,” the actress said, as obtained by the news portal, adding, “I stopped by for my fans who must have been surprised [by the news of my injury]. If I have something else to share, I’ll come here.”
It can be recalled that 9ato Entertainment confirmed that Han So Hee was rushed to the hospital after suffering from a facial injury, specifically around her eyes, while filming an action scene for her K-drama Gyeongseong Creature with Park Seo Joon.
Thankfully, it was nothing serious and only required the actress to rest at home.

Cast, Release Date, and Where to Watch Gyeongseong Creature?
Han So Hee’s new drama Gyeongseong Creature is a thriller drama series set in Spring 1945.
It follows the journey of two people who encountered a mysterious creature and tries to survive the unexplainable scenario.
The 27-year-old actress took the role of Yoon Chae Ok, who learned about guns, machinery, and knives at an early age, thanks to her father.
Yoon Chae Ok learned to survive in life at a young age which became a vital skill growing up. Her mission is to search for missing people amid the chaos.
Meanwhile, Park Seo Joon plays one of the wealthiest men in Bukchon named Jang Tae Sang.
Besides his status, Jang Tae Sang is also known around their town because of his sociable personality.
Interestingly, joining the Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon in Gyeongseong Creature is Wi Ha Joon from Squid Game, who is set to play Kwon Joon Taek.
Gyeongseong Creature is penned by Kang Eun Kyung of the Dr. Romantic series and helmed by Stove League director Jung Dong Yoon.
As for its release, it is slated to premiere sometime in 2023 exclusively on Netflix.
