Players of the hit online battle royale game Fortnite Universe just got themselves some serious backup. The game's developer Epic Games has revealed during The Game Awards that they're adding Halo's Master Chief to the game. Players have the option to separately purchase his outfit for 1500 V-bucks, the UNSC Pelican Glider for 1200 V-bucks, Gravity Hammer Pickaxe for 800 V-bucks, and the Lil' Warthog Emote for 500 V-bucks, or get the special bundle which includes all of the aforementioned goodies.

Just recently, Fornite has included The Mandalorian's Din Djarin and Baby Yoda as part of the Season 5 pass. Now, aside from Master Chief Petty Officer John-117's inclusion to the hit game, Fortnite's Creative Mode will allow players to recreate Halo's legendary Blood Gulch location. Halo's collaboration with Fortnite shouldn't come as a surprise now considering the fact that Epic Games have been acquiring the rights to feature characters from several well-known properties, making them playable characters. Of course, the door is wide open for other iconic game characters to join the expanding Fortnite Universe. The question is, which characters would you like to see become playable in the game?

Fortnite is available for Xbox One, PS4, PC, Android, iOS, and Nintendo Switch.
