Ezra Miller Reprimanded by WB Following Latest Controversy

Ezra Miller has once again found himself in the center of a horrific scandal after throwing several meltdowns in Hawaii a couple of weeks ago. According to reports, Miller was involved in separate incidents where he displayed aggressive behavior, even going as far as threatening a couple that he'll murder them. For weeks now, fans have demanded Warner Bros. to take action and have him removed from the DC Extended Universe.

Now, after much pressure from the fandom, it looks like the studio is finally interfering amid the controversy. Rolling Stone reports that WB was forced to call an emergency to address the matter. The outlet's sources claim that "the consensus in the room was to hit pause on any future projects involving Miller including possible appearances in the DC Cinematic Universe."

Shockingly enough, it turns out that Ezra's erratic behavior was also a huge problem during the production of The Flash and according to the same report, he was having "frequent meltdowns" while filming.

WB has been notorious for not meddling with their actor's personal matters and famously left Ray Fisher's Justice League protests unaddressed. So it definitely comes as a huge shocker now that they're stepping in amid Ezra's latest scandal. Now, it'll be interesting to see how long the studio will be reprimanding the actor but if he ends up getting recast down the line, it's going to be a massive blow for the DCEU.

Meanwhile, The Flash is now scheduled for release on June 23, 2023.
