Ezra Miller looked unbothered in their most recent sighting with their mom in Vermont days after they were charged with felony burglary. At present, many speculate that Warner Bros. is having a hard time whether to cancel or not their upcoming superhero flick, The Flash.

The Flash Star Ezra Miller Flashes A Toothless Grin To The Paparazzi

Miller, who goes by the pronoun they/them, looked relaxed and unbothered when they were spotted on the porch of their Vermont home Monday. They were hanging out with their mom, Marta Miller, after their third arrest of the year.

In the photos obtained by Page Six, the 29-year-old star was sporting a full mustache that curved upward. They flashed a toothless grin to the paparazzi who snapped the photos.

However, Miller's mom was not as cool as them when it came to the paparazzi. One photo shared on Daily Mail featured Marta mid-sentence with a disapproving finger in the air. She was also captured shooting up from her seat and grimacing, seemingly shouting in the paps' direction.

Ezra Miller Scandals Putting The Flash's Future In Limbo

Ezra Miller stars in one of Warner Bros.'s biggest movies, The Flash. However, many are wondering if the film will still see the light of day following the lead star's controversies.

On Sunday, they were charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont, over an alleged incident that happened on May 1, involving missing bottles of alcohol. A surveillance video reportedly captured the star's involvement.

Miller was issued a citation and is set to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 for arraignment. The charges came days after Warner Bros. praised The Flash in a

Warner Bros. has remained mum about Miller's scandal.

Gary Rosen, a crisis management PR expert, said the studio invested in the film and cancelling it would be a big loss. Since the release date is still far away, Rosen advised the studio to "hold tight."

"Warner Bros. does not have to make any decision. I would advise Warner Bros. to hold tight," Rosen told People. "We're around 10 months away from a release. They really don't have to make a decision right now unless something really tragic were to happen, which we don't want."

He also offered some advice for Miller.

"If I were advising Ezra, I'd say to keep a very low profile. What you want is for this story and the negative attention on it to go away so that hopefully by the time this movie is ready to premiere, everyone will have forgotten about all of this bad stuff," Rosen said. "As the Flash says, though, there are some things you can outrun, but some things always manage to catch up to you."

The Flash will be released on June 23, 2023.
