Say what you will about how Disney has handled the Star Wars universe but it can't be denied that the House of Mouse's namesake streaming service is pretty much responsible for bringing in renewed interest to the science-fiction franchise especially after the sequel trilogy failed to meet expectations from fans. The success of The Mandalorian allowed Lucasfilm to further expand its Star Wars content on Disney+ and it's amazing how they were able to turn the tide.

Star Wars' anticipated Obi-Wan Kenobi series hits Disney+ in 2022.
