Dragon Ball Super Chapter 88 Spoilers: Will Black Frieza be the main villain?
Given what happened in the previous chapter, it's still unclear if Frieza will be the main antagonist of the next Dragon Ball Super arc, but expect Goku and Vegeta to train harder to increase their chances of defeating the powerful villain's new transformation known as Black Frieza.
As of Nov. 17, the official Dragon Ball website hasn't shared many details about the next Dragon Ball Super arc. However, a recent issue of the Weekly Shonen Jump revealed that the next arc will be a prequel to Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, and as Twitter outlet @dbshype pointed out, it will feature Gohan, Piccolo, Goten, and Trunks.
We could see other familiar characters like Broly and Jiren return but they will likely not become the villains of the next arc of Dragon Ball Super. Of course, fans want to see if Son Gohan's new "Beast Gohan" transformation from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will debut in the manga series, and it would be spectacular to see Beast Gohan and Black Frieza fight.
