The movie would not be titled as Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness if there wouldn’t be other universes that the titular hero would explore. As he and America Chavez were sent into a spiraling bizarre adventure through a portal she opened accidentally while escaping Wanda, there are a lot of realities where they went through.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Other Universes Confirmed in the Movie
Young America Chavez is one gifted person who has the ability to punch star-shaped holes leading into a different universe. She is the only one of her kind, indicating that there’s no one like her because she doesn’t dream about any other reality unlike the others. However, her biggest problem is that she does not know how to control her powers – it only comes out when she is in dire need.
Doctor Strange hid America Chavez at Kamar Taj but made the mistake of asking Wanda about the multiverse. Kamar Taj, then, became a fortress. Despite the efforts of the sorcerers, they failed and Wanda still managed to penetrate their defense. Doctor Strange tried to trap her in the mirror dimension, but Wanda is smart, too, by using reflections, getting out, and trying to take America.
Because of this, America portaled and Doctor Strange made sure to be there with her. This is where they ventured through the different universes.

The first one to make an appearance is that where there are big heads floating in mid-air, possibly the Living Tribunal, then there is something like a place with canyons, then with crystals, then one with bees or insects as big as humans, then one which teased the audience of another Marvel character, Namor, as the universe is underwater.
They went through a universe which is extremely advanced in technology, then one full of bones, then one where the dinosaurs still exist, then through a cartoonized version of reality, then a noir styled one, before reaching what looks like a cube universe where they were sliced through like cubes.
A bizarre one came next as it seems like a slime dimension, then a black and white one like in the old movies, then one seems like stuck in the ancient times, then one with neon lights, one on fire, before reaching Earth 838 where they met Christine Palmer, Baron Mordo, and the Illuminati where Doctor Strange even threw up.
Upon reaching the place where memories are played, the universe where America Chavez came from is also seen with her mothers before the very first time she opened a portal. On Wanda’s end, she went to a universe where Wanda and her children are happily together.
Another universe was visited by Doctor Strange, and this time, with Christine Palmer from Earth 838 as they were sent by America Chavez into one where an incursion is happening. Sinister Strange was there and it is the same universe where Doctor Strange accessed the Darkhold to tap into Defender Strange whose dead body is on Earth 616.
It’s a wild ride and hopefully, one of the other universes they traveled to would be explored further in the near future.
