Now, another controversy is stirring up as Disneyland projects the actor’s Jack Sparrow image on the Magic Kingdom Castle in Disneyland Paris.
One of the most well-known roles of Johnny Depp over the years is Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean and when the controversies around him and his ex-wife, Amber Heard, started swirling around, Disney ultimately dropped the actor from the role in 2018.

During the trial, Depp said that he understood the decision of the studio of cutting him off to remove themselves from the controversy he got into.

In a report from People, an anonymous source mentioned the possibility of Johnny Depp returning as Jack Sparrow after the trial, "I absolutely believe post-verdict that Pirates is primed for rebooting with Johnny as Capt. Jack back on board."
With the projection of his image as Jack Sparrow in Disneyland, speculations are now high that this is just the first step of Disney reconciling with Johnny Depp after the tedious trial that he had been in.
