Disneyland Guest Trips On Acid And Falls Into Lake But That's Not The Crazy Part

Well, that's something you don't see at Disneyland every day. A man reportedly took LSD while he was at Disneyland Paris and decided to jump into a lake in the park. However, things just got more weird from there.

In a report by The Washington Post, a 32-year-old Swiss guest decided it would be a good idea to drop some acid while he was at Disneyland Paris. The man then jumped into the lake in the Adventureland area before swimming around in Captain Hook's Pirate Ship.

Interestingly, the cool waters may have made him forget that he had left his girlfriend on dry land and it wasn't long before the woman approached park officials for help in locating him. The search reportedly called in 10 divers, 10 policemen, 30 firefighters, and 80 Disneyland Paris employees. They also needed a few dogs and a helicopter with a thermal camera in the search.

So what happened to the man? A report from Le Parisien revealed that he was later spotted by a 44-year-old man named Benoit in the nearby town of Chessy. The Swiss visitor was reportedly completely naked and covered in scratches. He had somehow swum out of the park and made it to a town about a mile away.

Luckily, Benoit gave the visitor some fresh clothes before dropping him off back at the park. Both the Swiss man and his girlfriend were taken in for the use of narcotics but were only let go with "rappel a la loi" where they were not charged with anything since the prosecutor chose not to press charges.

It might seem like the most exciting thing that happened in Disneyland Paris this week but the incident reportedly went by unnoticed. After all, there was a 5K race happening at the same time and I guess visitors at the park were more excited about finding out who will win.
