Disney Says Disney+ Content Will Vary From Country To Country

Disney+ has been streaming in the US for over three months now and it looks like Disney is going to begin rolling out the streaming platform to more locations very soon.

The Mickey Mouse House is planning to make Disney+ available in the UK on March 24 after it continues its rollout around different parts of the US as well as Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and the Netherlands. As exciting as this news might be to the Star Wars and Marvel fans waiting for Disney+ to roll out in their country. Licensing and rights issues mean that Disney+ content is going to vary from market to market.

Disney has been answering popular questions on its Disney+ UK Twitter account this week, and the company has been addressing queries about the content available in the streaming service.

"We plan to premiere lots of content at the same time as our friends in the US. However, there will be some variation in content between countries," Disney wrote in its post.

Right now we can't be sure what series and movies are going to be available on Disney+ in Different countries, however, the Mickey Mouse House's UK Twitter account has confirmed that the streaming site will offer original programming from Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm in the UK together with the classics from Disney's current library.

Popular Disney+ series Star Wars: The Mandalorian will also begin weekly rollouts once the platform officially launches in the UK next month.

We wonder if Disney will ever release a list of the different content it's offering on Disney+ in different markets. Let's wait and see.
