Disney Releases Trailer Featuring Disney+ April Lineup Including Onward

COVID-19 might have forced Disney to shut down the production of highly anticipated projects like Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but that doesn't mean that the House of Mouse has stopped providing quality entertainment.

Ever since it launched its own streaming site, Disney has been adding more content in Disney+'s roster over the months, and this time it looks like the Mickey Mouse House has a new set of titles set to arrive for the month of April.

Disney just released a trailer teasing the additional titles that it plans to release on Disney+ this month, and it looks like Disney+ subscribers have a whole lot to look forward to.

One of the highlights of the video is the release of Pixar's CGI animated movie, Onward. The film just released in cinemas last month, and while most fans would expect a longer time frame for the movie to make its way online, COVID-19 has forced Disney to release the movie on Disney+.

Directed by Dan Scanlon, Onward is based on the story of the filmmaker's relationship with his real-life brother. The movie follows the adventure of two teenage elf brothers who go on a magical quest to spend one more day with their deceased father.

Aside from Onward, The House of Mouse is celebrating Earth Month this April, so fans have a lot of Earth documentaries to look forward to as well as content from National Geographic.
