Disney+ Releases Statement Regarding Server Issues Upon Launch

Disney+ just recently made its launch and is already available to some areas. However, viewers seem to be having a hard time connecting to the server since error messages keep showing up on the screen. With the overwhelming anticipation for the streaming platform, Disney didn't expect this much on launch day as well, and has just released a statement regarding the matter.

In a recent tweet, Disney+ admits that the demand has exceeded their "highest expectations." The streaming service is still working on the issues and are asking the viewers for their understanding. You can check out their tweet below.

The connection errors might likely be caused by the fact that there's an overwhelming amount of people who are trying to use the streaming platform. However, since Disney+ is only starting, it could be experiencing some glitches so it couldn't handle a lot of customers at once.

Thousands of users have already made reports regarding the server errors, including login problems, which is understandable since they have been anticipating the launch of Disney+ for a while now. That being said, the platform is only on its first day so it would be likely for it to have some issues. For now, viewers would have to be patient and wait for Disney to resolve the issues.
