Disney+: Pixar Drops Trailer for Short Film Series Forky Asks A Question

All of life's greatest questions—answered. Sort of.

Toy Story 4 may likely be the last entry in Pixar's beloved franchise, but it looks like they're still going to be telling the stories of Andy/Bonnie's toys. The release of Disney+ will actually give us this short film series Forky Asks A Question, and we have a new trailer for the show.

The series basically centers on Forky who is still trying to cope with his own existence even after Toy Story 4. It's basically an excuse for episodes to have different characters explain certain things to Forky, and they can be about simple things like cheese to more complicated concepts like time.

It sounds like a series that's aimed specifically for kids, but maybe there's something fun in there for adults as well. With Pixar's reputation, I wouldn't expect them to make something that simple.

While I do like finding out about the gang from Toy Story, I'm kind of personally bummed that they wrote Woody out of the equation. I mean, the whole series had Woody trying to keep everyone together, and now he himself has moved on to do something else. I know change is a real theme for human characters, but Woody is a toy. Hopefully, Pixar gives us some shorts where we find out what Woody and Bo Peep have been up to. Do you think they'll be nice enough to give us an episode where Woody runs into the gang again?

Catch Forky Asks A Question on Disney+ when it launches on Nov. 12.
