Depicting Colossus in Tim Miller's Deadpool is no simple task: it takes multiple actors and precise visual effects to get the look and motions right. In this featurette released along its DVD/Blu-Ray release, Deadpool's production crew gives us a glimpse at what they had to do to create Colossus. They had to do reflection passes in the environment, shooting with reflective grey and silver balls that allow visual effects artists to see where light is coming from. Creating Colossus' metallic body and making the look realistic to his surrounding environment looks more sophisticated than what it seems. Watch the featurette below:
