David Leitch may have directed Deadpool 2, but the movie was originally supposed to have director Tim Miller at the helm. Apparently, the original story was still supposed to have Juggernaut in the film, and we have some concept art released of the character.

As you can see, this version of the character is even way more comic-accurate than the one we got in the film, but I have no complaints with the final product. It seems that the movie was focused on making Juggernaut's outfit look like it was cobbled together himself, and here it looks like he just found a bunch of metal, fashioned it into a helmet, and wore it over his body.

Just like the first film, Deadpool 2 was able to take some previously introduced characters and give them more comic-accurate takes. It's amazing how Colossus and Juggernaut also ended up clashing in the sequel. I wonder what they have in store for X-Force.

For now, Deadpool 2 is on full promotion for the home release. The cut promises fifteen more minutes of content and deleted scenes. One scene even gives us a look at X-Men fan favorite Omega Red.
