It's no secret that Daisy Ridley is one of the most polarizing figures in the Star Wars franchise and a lot of it obviously has to do with how Rey was presented in the franchise. Say what you will about her but Ridley's love and dedication for the Star Wars universe cannot be denied and no matter where her career takes her, she'll always be a Star Wars girl through and through.
This is why it no longer comes as a surprise how she was among the stars who celebrated the annual May the 4th spectacle. On Instagram, the 30-year-old British actress posted a series of never-before-seen behind-the-scenes goodies which she probably kept on her phone all these years she was away from social media.
Aside from the BTS photos she posted on the platform, Daisy also gave love to all the Rey Skywalker and Kylo Ren shippers in the galaxy and shared a photo of her and a Kylo Ren cosplayer, acknowledging the ever-so-controversial pairing. Check it out here:

Meanwhile, there have been rumors swirling all over social media that Ridley will soon make her triumphant return to a galaxy far, far away. While the specifics regarding her potential comeback as Rey have yet to be announced, it appears to be a no-brainer considering The Rise of Skywalker had an open ending and pretty much teased that Rey's exploits are far from over.
Hopefully, Lucasfilm will do a better job at handling Rey's arc because she's clearly greater than being just a Mary Sue type of character.
