Chris Rock made history with his standup-show Selective Outrage, which is Netflix's first live-streaming event. During his show, he poked fun at Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's marriage and the infamous slapping incident at the Oscars last year.
Chris Rock Accused of Being Obsessed With Jada Pinkett Smith
Rock recounted the time Will slapped him onstage after he made fun of Jada's bald head. According to him, it still "hurts" a year later.
The Spiral star didn't just aim at Will but also dragged Jada, whom he blamed for the incident. However, according to an insider who spoke with People, the Witches actor has been targeting Jada, and that was the case for nearly 30 years.
A source told the outlet:
"Jada has had no part in all of this other than being heckled. Chris is obsessed with her and that's been going on for almost 30 years."
To cite an example, the source noted:
"Look where he chose to film his Netflix special. Her hometown [of Baltimore]. Obsessed."
The tipster also recounted the 2016 Academy Awards when Jada boycotted the event because her husband was shut out of the Best Actor race for Concussion. During the stand-up show, Rock claimed:

Rock blamed the whole drama between him and Will Smith on the latter's wife. He said, per The Daily Beast.
"Nobody’s picking on this bi--ch. She started this s--t."
He added:
"She said, me, a grown-a-- man, should quit his job [as 2016 Oscars host] because her husband didn't get nominated for Concussion. Then he gave me a concussion!"
He also mentioned Jada's entanglement with August Alsina, a friend of her son, Jaden Smith. Rock seemingly poked fun at their marriage by mentioning her relationship with Alsina. However, both Will and Jada already said they were in an open relationship at the time.
Rock said, per Fox News Digital:
"Will Smith practices selective outrage. Practices selective outrage. ‘Cause everybody knows what the f--- happened. Everybody that really knows, knows I had nothing to do with that s---. I didn’t have any entanglements."

He continued:
"And for people that don't know what everybody know(s)… his wife was f---ing her son's friend, OK? Now, I normally would not talk about this s--- but for some reason, these n----- put that s--- on the Internet."
Rock also seemingly explained why he's making fun of her and noted that she started it and he was only reacting.
"I did some jokes about her. Who gives a f---? That's how it is: She starts it, I finish it. That's what the f--- happened. Nobody's pickin' on this b--ch. She started this s---. Nobody was pickin' on her."
Meanwhile, People's source said they were surprised at how many times Rock called Jada "b--ch."
