Chris Martin's Career

While studying at University College London, the 46-year-old formed the band with his classmates Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman, and Will Champion.

They rose to international prominence from there when they released their song "Yellow" in 2000.

Their albums, A Rush of Blood to the Head, Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends, and others, have received wide acclaim.

It all started when the musician joined the iconic singer and his wife, Patti Scialfa, for a meal in June 2022, a day after Coldplay held a concert at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field.

"I was on a really strict diet anyway, but I was like, 'Bruce looks even more in shape than me,'" he continued. "And Patti says, 'He's only eating one meal a day.' So, I was like, 'Well, there we go. There's my next challenge.'"
