Principal photography for the film began on November 16, 2022, and was completed in March 2021. Though the movie was set on a bullet train, as evidenced by the title, the movie was shot in the Los Angeles area.

He probably gained the most recognition for co-directing John Wick with Chad Stahelsi, the first movie of the franchise that came out in 2014, and for working as the director in Deadpool 2.

Bullet Train Plot: What Will be the Plot of the Bullet Train?
Bullet Train is aptly set on a high-speed Bullet Train in Japan. It travels from Tokyo to Morioka, with a few stops along the way. There are five assassins on board to take the journey, and each one of them has their own assignment they need to complete. What they don't know is that all of their assignments are mere parts of a bigger plan.
As they get nearer their destination, and the assassins all make their own way to get their kills, they learn what is really happening. The assassins now have to fight to survive the train ride and reach their destination, where all the answers can be found.
