Britney Spears is finally taking control of her life 13 years after she was tied down by her conservatorship. Last year, the singer revealed that one of the clauses in her conservatorship has to do with her having a baby.
In a lengthy social media post, Britney Spears revealed that she has an IUD because her team didn’t want her to have more children. There was a time when the singer wanted to have her IUD removed, but her team didn’t allow her to do so.
Britney Spears Wants To Have A Baby This Year
Heat UK, in its Jan. 10 issue, claimed that Spears is excited to have a baby with her fiancé, Sam Asghari. But the only way that this could happen is if she starts taking care of herself.
“Sam encouraged Britney to enjoy the holidays but to pick a day when she’s ready to jump back on the health horse and stay there, basically. He’ll be by her side and there to talk sense into her if she wavers or tries to quit the health kick,” the unnamed source said.

Since Asghari works as a fitness instructor and a model, his determination and passion for what he does rub off on his fiancée.
“Britney is in awe of how disciplined and smart he is on this subject, and it’s really rubbed off on her in terms of making far better choices and taking far greater care of herself. Still, she does fall on and off that health wagon – and did so during the most stressful moments involving her conservatorship. She’s been struggling a little more than usual lately and for obvious reasons,” the unnamed source explained.
Sam Asghari Wants To Train Britney Spears
But with Asghari by her side, Spears is, allegedly, ready to take on the world and make sure that she looks and feels her best.
“Sam is planning to incorporate outdoor hikes, bike rides, and swimming into her routine, as well as weight training and lots of cardio. Britney’s saying she’s all in and ready to make the switch, but only time will tell if she follows through and can keep up with Sam’s routine. She’s certainly got herself one hell of a fitness coach, and he’s excited to be taking on this challenge,” the unnamed source concluded.
Britney Spears Drops Baby Clues
Spears has been dropping clues that she wants to have a baby for weeks.
Just before Christmas, she shared a photo on her Instagram account and asked fans if they think her baby will be a boy or a girl.
On another occasion, the singer shared a photo of a baby on tiptoes and said that she thinks it’s so cute. She also couldn’t help but wonder if the baby in the photo is a boy or a girl.

Britney Spears Serious About Having Another Baby This Year
Another source previously told The Sun that Spears is serious about having another baby.
“Britney definitely wants more kids and she would be so happy and grateful with another son but deep down, her desire is to be a mama to a little girl. She wants to pass down her dresses and take her daughter to dance class, things her sons are not interested in. It could potentially happen soon but that's not her main focus right now. They both want children together and now there's nothing stopping her,” the source said.
However, this hasn’t happened yet. And if Spears and Asghari are expecting their first child together, the couple will most likely be the one to share the happy news with their fans.
