Britney Spears’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, could reportedly face back-to-back legal complaints after he posted a now-deleted video of his sons arguing with his ex-wife when they were just 11 and 12 years old.
Kevin Federline Slammed By Britney Spears’ Lawyer For Posting A Video Of His Kids Online
Federline posted the cryptic video after Britney Spears revealed that her sons, Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, acted hateful towards her during her visits.
The singer’s ex-husband fired back by saying that Spears’ lies need to stop, and he also said that he hopes his children would grow up to be better than their mom.
“I cannot sit back and let my sons be accused in this way after what they’ve been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to post these videos the boys took when they were 11 & 12. This isn’t even the worst of it. The lies have to stop. I hope our kids grow up to be better than this. #NeverFearTruth,” Federline said (via Us Weekly).
However, his move to try and expose the dirt on Spears backfired. After all, Spears’ lawyer claimed that Federline might have violated some rules regarding his children’s privacy, as well as with matters related to cyber harassment and cyberbullying.
“Britney has faithfully supported her children and she loves them dearly. Whether he realizes it or not, Mr. Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children, he has undermined his own children, whose privacy he should protect,” Matthew Rosengart said.

Spears’ lawyer also called Ferderline’s actions cruel.
“Putting aside his ITV interview, Mr. Federline’s ill-advised decision to post an old video of his 11 and 12-year-old children was cruel, bottom-of-the-barrel stuff. It was abhorrent. In addition to demeaning himself and violating societal norms, he has now also created various legal issues for himself including, but not limited to, implicating cyber harassment and cyberbullying statutes, among other things,” he said.

Federline also spoke to ITV recently about his ex-wife and said that their sons have decided not to see their mom for now. And when Spears heard the interview, she posted a cryptic message on Instagram saying that their issues should’ve been dealt with in private.
By the looks of it, the feud between Spears and Federline won’t end anytime soon. And it’s highly likely for Rosengart to file a legal complaint against the latter in the coming weeks.
