MBC TV’s new Kdrama Big Mouth has been getting viewers’ attention. Spearheaded by Girls’ Generation YoonA and actor Lee Jong Suk, this hard-boiled noir series is directed by Oh Choong Hwan and written by Kim Ha Ram.
Big Mouth Episode 3 aired on August 5, 2022, at 9:50 PM KST. According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode received a nationwide viewership rating of 7.6%.

Big Mouth Episode 3 Recap
Big Mouth Episode 3 sees Park Changho failing to achieve being killed by the jail guards. After the warden realises that it is him who is attempting to escape prison, he orders the guards not to lay a finger on him and only sends him to solitary confinement.
When he witnesses a couple of unfairness and discrimination between prisoners, Changho feels that he must make a change. After a couple of days of staying alone in confinement, Changho was called on by the warden. The warden asks him once more if he is the Big Mouse and threatens to hurt his wife if he does not confess.
It clearly angered Changho as he decided, on the spot, to just get along with the accusations that he is the Big Mouse. He thought that if he confessed his identity, Miho would not be harmed.
Changho then started to do things on his own, gathering minions right after proving to the whole jail that he is the Big Mouse and can do anything under his power and influence as a con artist.
However, the VIPs seem not to believe Changho is the Big Mouse as they order someone inside his circle to murder him.

Girls’ Generation YoonA Continue Her Investigation In Big Mouth Episode 3
Now taking on the new job in Gucheon Hospital, Miho starts to uncover the secrets that might help clear her husband’s name. Even though the senior staff was bullying her, Miho kept professional and even stepped up her game in helping the patients.
However, she was reprimanded by the director when she tried to revive a patient on the seventh floor. It turns out that the hospital has a rule not to resuscitate the patients on the seventh floor, as per the consent of their families.
Miho thinks it is suspicious, especially when she meets a relative of one of the patients.

Lee Jong Suk Wants To Divorce Girls’ Generation YoonA In Big Mouth Episode 3
Changho was worried that Miho might get hurt if she stayed with him, so he sent out divorce papers through his lawyer. But Miho does not want to give up. She secretly tags along with Changho’s lawyer and convinces him not to continue the divorce until he gets out of jail.
Meanwhile, Changho’s presence as the Big Mouse threatens the warden and the VIPs. The recent humiliation bugged the warden, so he gave the green light to Changho’s ambush but reminded the guards only to let the perpetrator stab him once.
On the other hand, Mayor Choi gets suspicious if Changho is the Big Mouse after the witness interview with Miho.
