Bethesda Surprises Fans With Stealth Releases of Doom, Doom II, and Doom 3

Doom Eternal is coming out this November and the hype continues to ascend beyond the levels of comprehension we once had. Many thought that the Doom 2016 reboot was perfect by itself but the sequel seems to have improved on it in every way and then some. During Quake-Con 2019, Bethesda did the unthinkable and stealth released the original Doom, Doom II, and the controversial Doom 3.

The original Doom helped make first-person shooters a popular genre, while the sequel amped things up and made for a better game. Both titles have been re-released for $4.99 each and are available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. If you want a taste of history, getting the original Doom games at $4.99 each is a bargain.

Now for Doom 3, which has a mixed reception with some fans. While the horror aesthetic wasn't what fans wanted at the time, some players have appreciated it as the black sheep of the Doom family. It's not as good-looking as it once was but the game has decent enough visuals and fans can check out this title for a solid $9.99 on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

We're all waiting for the inevitable Doom 64 port, which is often regarded as one of the series' most underrated titles. Still, even without it, having the first three Doom titles on modern-day consoles is amazing and anyone can get all three games for a combined price of $19.99. That is amazing, get these games NOW.
