Peacock is now exciting fans for the upcoming Bel-Air Season 2 after dropping its first trailer, new images, and official premiere date.
Bel-Air Season 2 will continue reimagining Will Smith’s hit 1990s sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The upcoming season will see Will (Jabari Banks) trying to make an important decision as a new figure will come into his life.

“Life is a series of choices,” Will narrates in the preview as the main cast is featured one by one. “The world of either this or that.”
“We all got choices to make,” he continues. “But this time, no one chooses for me.”
Will will be navigating his home life with the Bankses as he works on rebuilding their trust after “storming off” at the first season finale.

His brotherhood with Carlton (Olly Sholotan), on the other hand, will evolve as they begin to develop their bond and grow closer. However, challenges will still come their way as they try to settle their differences.
In addition, there will be a major change in Hilary (Coco Jones) in Bel-Air Season 2 as she becomes a “boss” in her influence world. Sadly, it will affect her relationship with Jazz (Jordan L. Jones).
Lastly, fans will see Viv (Cassandra Freeman) and Phil (Adrian Holmes) having a hard time balancing their marriage and family while trying to “forge their own career paths.” They will do all of these as they reconnect to the things that are important to them.

Elsewhere, the new season images show the Banks family and, of course, Will.
What will Happen in Bel-Air Season 2?
In the previous season finale, Will felt overwhelmed after learning Phil and Vivs had lied about his father all those years. He left the Bankses and ran away.
Hence, Bel-Air Season 2 will see Will trying to start over again. Though he’s at odds with the Banks family, everything will eventually be settled in the end.

The new season will premiere on Peacock on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Three episodes will be dropped at once, followed by a weekly release.
