Avatar: The Way of Water Gets Three New Posters and a Featurette Showing The Majestic Pandora

As the release of the highly anticipated sequel nears, new posters and a featurette for Avatar: The Way of Water has been released which shows how stunning and majestic Pandora is, teasing the fans who waited for more than a decade what awaits them for the upcoming movie.

The new Avatar: The Way of Water featurette shows the director and the man behind it all for the Avatar films, James Cameron who shared how they came up with the sequel which came out 13 years after the first mega-block buster they released in 2009.

In the featurette, James Cameron shared, "I went to the studio and I said 'Let's not just do another movie. Let's swing for the fences." Zoe Saldaña said, "The world is bigger, the stakes are higher. It was always looking at everything in wonder."

Lead actor Sam Worthington reveals, "What Jim is trying to create is very truthful, very emotional, grounded tales of a family trying to survive." Returning to the film is Stephen Lang who shared, "It takes years to make these movies, but there's nothing like this."

Avatar: The Way of Water also got new posters highlighting the majestic Pandora and the new perspective of it as everyone will get to explore its marine life, as the title suggests. The posters are for ScreenX, RealD3D, and 4DX. Check out the posters below.

After 13 years of the efforts of everyone behind the scenes, Avatar: The Way of Water will finally arrive on screen with a new take on Pandora and another threat coming into the Na'vi people which comes from an age old enemy of theirs, the humans.

Avatar: The Way of Water will feature the family of Jake and Neytiri, their children, Neteyam, Lo'ak, and Tuktirey, and their adopted kids, Spider, a human, and Kiri, a teenage Na'vi. Their family would be doing everything in their power to ensure their safety whilst Jake being torn between the two factions.

Sam Worthington will reprise his role Jake Sully and Zoe Saldana will be back as Neytiri. Sigourney Weaver comes back for a new role as Kiri, Stephen Lang suits up as Colones Miles Quaritch, Kate Winslet plays Ronal, and Cliff Curtis Portrays Tonowari.

Other Na'vi characters include CCH Pounder as Mo'at, Jamie Flatters as Neteyam, Britain Dalton as Lo'ak, Trinity Bliss as Tuktirey, Filip Geljo as Aonung, Duane Evans Jr. as Rotxo, and Bailey Bass as Tsireya. Vin Diesel and CJ Jones joins the cast in mystery roles.

Humans in the sequel are Jack Champion as Spider, Michelle Yeoh as Dr. Karina Mogue, Brendan Cowell as Captain Mick Scoresby, Dileep Rao as Dr. Max Patel, Edie Falco as General Ardmore, Jermaine Clement as Dr. Ian Garvin, Joel David Moore as Dr. Norm Spellman, and Giovanni Ribisi as Parker Selfridge.
