The other James Cameron film in the $2 billion range at the global box office is his very first highest-grossing film, Titanic. It is truly a huge win for James Cameron and the rest of his team.
Avatar: The Way of Water remains a bright spot in Cameron's works since its production budget before marketing sat at $400 million, and with such a huge return, further movies of the Avatar universe are already secured.
Avatar: The Way of Water takes everyone back to Pandora with an introduction of new clans, familiar foes, and a totally different perspective after the first Avatar film.
