Princess Anne's Son-In-Law Mike Tindall Reportedly Joins I'm A Celebrity
ITV released the official lineup of the celebrities who will go to the jungle for the survival reality TV show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! One of the figures included in the roster of celebrities is Mike, a former professional rugby player.
The athlete told ITV said as soon as his fellow rugby pals will find out about him taking part in a TV program, they will be on speed dial to make sure he "does all the trials." He "predicts he will get voted to do all the famous trials in the jungle," according to his bio for ITV.
"I am fully aware that anyone who has ever played rugby will go, 'Yeah let's stitch him up,'" Tindall said. "All my friendship group has that sort of humor, and I know they will definitely want to vote for me! I am prepared to do quite a lot of challenges," he said.

Did King Charles Approve Of Mike Tindall's Appearance On A Reality TV Program?
Mike's involvement in the reality show raises some eyebrows as he is the first member of the royal family to appear in a reality series. Many slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for their docuseries on Netflix because it's not something that royals do.
It remains unclear whether or not King Charles and Princess Anne approve of Mike's decision to take part in ITV's program. It's also unclear if he has to ask their permission to do the project.
However, unlike Prince Harry and Markle, Mike and Zara Tindall are way down the line of succession. Also, Princess Anne's children — Zara and Peter Phillips — have no royal titles, unlike their cousin, the Duke of Sussex.
It was reportedly the Princess Royal's decision not to give Zara and Peter royal titles because she was convinced they would benefit more if they kept their distance from the firm.
“It was a masterstroke of the Princess Royal when she decided not to give her children titles," former Buckingham Palace press secretary Dickie Arbiter said, Evening Standard, reported. “Growing up as a commoner allowed Zara to thrive as her own woman, and there has never been pressure on her to conform. She has benefited from it in all sorts of ways.”
Zara confirmed in 2015 that her lack of a royal title opened up more opportunities for her.
“I’m very lucky that both my parents decided to not use the title and we grew up and did all the things that gave us the opportunity to do,” Zara said.
Mike's wife also shared the advice she received from her dad that resonated with her.

“Papa said to me, ‘If you want to get to the top, you’ve got to do it properly, and if you want to stay at the top, it’s even harder,’” she continued.
Since Zara is way below the line of succession and grows up without a royal title, unlike her cousin Prince Harry, it's possible that King Charles is more lenient with them. Also, it was Princess Anne's decision not to give her children royal titles, so they could pursue what they wanted in life. So she's more likely not to get in the way of what her children-in-law will do.
