Jason Momoa Delivers Christmas Tree To Ex Lisa Bonet's Home
The Slumberland star is getting his family into the holiday spirit. He was spotted on Monday packing a Christmas tree into his truck and later delivered it to his ex-wife's home in Malibu.
In the snaps obtained by Entertainment Tonight, he tied the Norway Spruce tree down to the bed of his truck before driving to his ex's house. The outlet noted that the thoughtful delivery was an indication that the exes, who shares two children, Lola, 14, and Nakoa-Wolf, 13, are co-parenting smoothly following their separation in January.
Jason Momoa And Lisa Bonet Announced Split In January
Momoa and Bonet released a statement in a since-deleted post on Instagram announcing their separation. According to the couple, they "felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times" and that they've been "feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring."
The pair said they decided to share the news to be transparent with the public "so that as we go about our lives, we may do so with dignity and honesty."
The separation shocked fans, especially because they have been together for over 20 years — 16 years together and five years of marriage.
Despite their separation, both were committed to keeping things amicable.
"Jason and Lisa are still committed to being friends for the sake of their family," an insider said, per ET. "They both want each other to be happy."
Jason And Lisa Reportedly Grew Apart Before Split
While their split early this year shocked many, an insider claimed they grew apart.
The celebrity couple were "amazing for years, until they no longer were," an unnamed insider told People before adding, "They have grown apart because of different focuses."
Among the factors that kept them apart were reportedly the trajectories of their respective careers.

"A few years ago, Jason was struggling to find work. Now his career is booming. And he wants to keep working as much as he can," the insider continued.
Momoa just starred in Dune at the time and had to travel to the U.K. to shoot Aquaman 2, so he had to be away from home. Unfortunately, Bonet reportedly "had no interest in joining" him on every location.
"For some people, it might strengthen their marriage. For Lisa and Jason's marriage, being apart has been a disaster," the source added.
